What is a suitable batch quantity for our CNC
machine
shop
?
Batch quantities typically range between 100 and 5000. However, we are prepared to assist with pre-production runs of a lesser quantity if required.
What is a typical lead time from receipt of your order to delivery of our components?
Normally we estimate a lead time of 3 to 4 weeks. This of course depends on how busy we are at the time of enquiry. Should a quicker delivery be required we always endeavour to meet your requirements.
What materials do we have the greatest expertise in machining?
Our expert team of precision engineers are most proficient at machining the following materials:
Stainless steel – all specifications
Aluminium alloy HE30, FCI, 6262 etc
Brass – all specifications
Mild steels – all specifications
Copper
Aluminium bronze
Silver steel
Nylons, PTFE, PEEK

Can we deliver to your schedule requirements?
Since 1973 Paragon has maintained an excellent reputation for the delivery of components on time. A great portion of our work consists of annual requirements spread over weekly, monthly or quarterly drops.
What quality approvals do we have that you can count on?
We are approved to ISO9001:2000 and are audited annually in order to ensure that our production control systems are being maintained. Should you have any special requirements such as SPC inspection we would be able to incorporate this into our control systems.
